The IN NEW ORLEANS project is a return to the 1920s: unconventional and energetic traditional jazz transports listeners and viewers to the atmosphere of New Orleans jazz clubs. Dixieland is the earliest form of jazz, which creates an extremely positive mood thanks to its rhythm and melody. Combined with the music of the Polish interwar period, the sound of Polish hits by Zula Pogorzelska "Ja się boję sama spać" (I'm afraid to sleep alone), Stefania Górska "Czy Pani Marta jest grzechu warta?" (Is Mrs. Marta worth the sin?), Hanki Ordonówna's "Miłość ci wszystko wybaczy" ("Love Will Forgive You Everything") and Eugeniusz Bodo's "Zimny drań" ("Cold Bastard") will enliven the atmosphere of the concert hall. ANNA NOWIK - Szczecin native, founder of the Swing Lovers Jazz Band, trombonist, vocalist, trumpeter, graduate of the Academy of Music in Poznań in the jazz trombone, choral conducting and music education classes, scholarship holder of the Mayor of Szczecin, winner of jazz festivals and competitions, with countless concerts in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, Belgium, Poland, and Italy to her credit.
